Avelle

Avelle is a highly visible class-A apartment building with a full suite of resident amenities and unparalleled freeway access in Mountain View.

Through its entitlement efforts, Sares Regis re-envisioned eight acres of existing surface parking into a new parking structure and two new residential buildings.  By building a new parking structure and phasing the new development, the existing office maintained its full operation during construction.  In the process, Sares Regis created a new mixed-use neighborhood.

The 1001 Bayshore parking garage opened in 2022, and construction on Avelle immediately proceeded.  Design development is currently underway on the second residential building that will commence after Avelle’s completion.
